ho il sospetto che l’ipotesi di una crisi che spazza la manifattura e rilancia il ruolo di terziario e servizi sia vera solo a metà.

Si è quindi parlato di globalizzazione e di assenza di politiche di governance internazionali, di capitalismo senza regole e dei celebri mutui subprime. Rullani ha anche menzionato, e il post in questione ne riporta i tratti salienti, le opportunità/necessità di riqualificazione e di riposizionamento internazionale che in questo momento si presentano alle nostre piccole e medie imprese.
Tuttavia, nessuno ha fatto esplicitamente riferimento agli interventi (politici ed economici) che oggi si rendono necessari per aiutare le aziende italiane a rimanere sul mercato (Primum vivere, scrive appunto Rullani).
E quindi, se si parla di PMI e della crisi nella quale queste sono coinvolte, perchè nessuno ha parlato della difficoltà di accesso al credito? (attuale causa di fallimento di svariate nostre imprese). Perchè non si è detto che lo Stato italiano ha investito solo lo 0,2% del GDP per stimolare la domanda interna e la ripresa economica del Paese? A differenza di quanto fatto da Germania, Francia. hai ragione: le aspettative sulla magnifiche sorti e progressive dei lavori della conoscenza vanno quanto meno ridimensionate. Tuttavia, una forte spinta in questa direzione viene proprio dal lato dell’offerta: lavorare in fabbrica non piace più a molti (e questo ne alza il prezzo), mentre se a sempre più persone piace scrivere, per quale motivo, allora, giornali e riviste dovrebbero pagare per gli articoli? (anche in blog come questo, per il momento, si scrive gratis!). Voglio dire, comunque, che nel lavoro ci sono dimensioni espressive che, anche in tempi di crisi, hanno un ruolo importante nelle scelte personali. Anche queste scelte contano nell’alimentare l’economia della conoscenza.

Nel “tempo liberato” cisacuno potrà trovare il modo di ridurre la propria necessità di reddito ad esempio aiutando i propri figli negli studi, piuttosto che i propri anziani, invece che pagare qualcuno per queste attività, riparando e manutenendo direttamente case, automobili, e tutti gli altri oggetti che invece sempre più spesso si buttano per sostituirli (a pagamento) con altri nuovi, ecc…
Una riconquista del proprio tempo porta ad un aumento delle relazioni sociali (con ulteriori riduzioni di necessità di reddito) e rende disponibile tempo che rende meno necessari servizi pubblici (ad esempio asili nido con orari sempre più estesi) che abbassano i costi sociali, e quindi le tasse…….

Naturalmente chi ha voglia di seguire la strada che proponi deve essere assolutamente libero (e ha tutta la mia stima e ammirazione) di poterlo fare. Così come chi ha intenzione di dedicarsi ad una attività lavorativa (e magari anche gratificante) deve avere la possibilità di farlo. Non ci sono soluzioni ottimali per tutti.

Siccome lo stabilitmento assomigliava a quello oggi è quello di Melfi in Italia cioè uno stabilimento che aveva “risolto il problema occupazionale” in un intero territorio, i dipendenti si resero conto che il licenziamento di un consistente gruppo di loro concittadini avrebbe avuto un duro impatto sociale: chi sarebbe restato a casa sarebbe stato ovviamente in crisi ma anche chi fosse stato “fortunato” avrebbe sofferto di un ambiente sociale non certamente favorevole.
La soluzione? Decisero tutti di mettersi in Part Time organizzando i turni in funzione delle esigenze personali (più che quelle aziendali).
Dopo un paio di anni il mercato dell’auto ebbe una forte ripresa e l’azienda disse che “finalmente” potevano tutti tornare a lavorare a tempo pieno.
