Millenni di storia italica mi insegnano che: o c’è un soggetto politico forte/dittatoriale (impero romano, Garibaldi, Mussolini), che con l’uso della forza impone l’unità (ma non dura); o c’è una frammentazione in stati e staterelli, feudi e feudini, che puntualmente si ritrovano anche nella società odierna, sotto forma di corporazioni, lobby, partiti e partitini, regioni autonome, comunità montane, ecc. ecc. Solitamente la prima forma di “governo” si alterna alla “seconda”, in una specie di altalena: quando ci si spinge troppo in là con l’una, questa crolla e lascia spazio alla seconda, e viceversa.
La soluzione più moderna e coerente che mi viene in mente per gestire la situazione è un sistema federale serio e ben applicato, per questo, alla fine, non mi dispiace che la Lega sia finalmente e definitivamente messa alla prova su questo campo: se non portano a casa un vero federalismo questa volta, devono scomparire dal panorama politico.

Stefano, come dici tu la cosa è veramente complicata. Comunque, su due temi quali il federalismo fiscale e la semplificazione burocratica penso che sia Calearo ( sempre che non metta più certi foulards) che il chimico di Marghera possano essere rappresentati senza contraddizioni.

Quello che l’inchiesta “Schiavi del lusso” aveva mostrato lo scorso dicembre era soltanto la punta dell’iceberg. Per usare un termine in uso nel fashion system era una precollezione, un anticipo della collezione in arrivo sulle passerelle.
I cinesi di Prato che assemblano borse griffate a pochi euro, in nero e spesso arruolando manodopera clandestina, non è l’unica anomalia del sistema, ma soltanto la più evidente.
Come mostrerà l’inchiesta di Sabrina Giannini, le imprese cinesi che operano per conto delle grandi marche italiane, francesi e inglesi, si sono perfettamente integrate in tutti i distretti produttivi. Ovvero dove servono. Annientando sotto i colpi della concorrenza sleale gli imprenditori italiani.
Nel distretto delle scarpe di lusso che si trova nella Riviera del Brenta il ricorso ai cinesi ha costretto al fallimento centinaia di tomaifici, nella totale indifferenza di chi trae beneficio dai prezzi stracciati.
Rinomate nel mondo, le scarpe “Made in Italy” sono spesso cucite dai cinesi in Italia oppure dai cinesi in Cina. Purché non si sappia.
Approfittano dell’ambiguità di una normativa europea che i grandi gruppi hanno tutto l’interesse affinché resti tale.
A volte fanno perfino ricorso a pratiche che violano i codici doganali e del consumo. In Cina (a cui l’inchiesta dedica un capitolo) la manodopera per montare una scarpa costa dieci volte meno rispetto a quella italiana.
L’inchiesta intende stimolare una riflessione sull’urgenza di una normativa chiara che tuteli il vero Made in Italy, prima che sia troppo tardi.

Segnalo la posizione di Giuliano Amato sulla vicenda del soldato Galan e sulle possibili nuove alleanze politiche a Nord Est. Per una volta, l’ex presidente del consiglio considera il Veneto un laboratorio politico (finalmente):
“Giuliano Amato: «Sì -… - ho giudicato l’ ipotesi veneta realistica nella misura in cui Galan la ritiene tale. Come ipotesi nazionale potrebbe essere il possibile laboratorio per l’ avvio del dopo-Berlusconi»”

Chiedilo a Costa, il primo ad usare l’immagine.
L’opinione di Amato è, appunto, tale. Io credo di più alla chiusura dell’articolo «Il laboratorio veneto è aperto. Ma [...] gli esperimenti veri si fanno tra palazzo Grazioli, via Bellerio e il più alto scranno di Montecitorio».
Soprattutto ora che la golden share leghista sul governo pare più dorata di prima (cfr. dichiarazioni di Calderoli di oggi sulle elezioni anticipate).
E poi, che posizioni ha il PD su questo laboratorio (non Cacciari, il PD)?
Mi pare che il PD veneto, oggi sul Corriere locale, abbia chiuso i battenti del laboratorio.
